I was going to write a small FAQ collecting all Skyrim problems I know. But after googling a bit, it became obvious that there are already lots of blog posts doing the very same thing.
So, I’m going to address one particular issue – ENBSeries graphical patch.

Game slows down but the reason is unknown. Of course, you can look into the system requirements anytime and find out exactly what parts of your PC prevent you from playing normally, but there is an easier way. The point is that one can determine the weak component of a system at a glance by looking at the specific characteristics of those slowdowns.
It’s just enough to know the way each element of your computer affects its overall performance.
